Stan Jensen
Stan Jensen has been a top producing broker in the East Bay for over forty years! After seven years in real estate, Stan opened JBS Real Estate in 1976 built upon his trademark of personalized service and his unparalleled expertise in the local market. Stan has a keen understanding of property values especially in a changing market. Stan shares with his clients his own varied experience as a real estate investor having bought, redesigned, renovated, and sold many of his own properties over the years. A veteran of many of his own residential and investment transactions, he knows first hand how stressful the process can be and works tirelessly to mitigate these stresses for his clients. Stan joined the real estate industry shortly after graduating from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. As an independent real estate professional he has been a constant multi-million dollar producer and noted expert in the local market. In-depth knowledge of the East Bay, surrounding areas and select out-of-state areas, valuable financial expertise, and strong negotiating skills are a sampling of the services Stan brings to his clients. Fifth generation Hayward, Stan has been a resident of Alameda County throughout his life and has maintained a home in the Hayward Hills for over 39 years. He shares his home with his wife of over 38 years Candyse, who also does all the staging for JBS Real Estate, their yellow Labrador and two cats. Stan and Candyse are empty nesters. Their daughter Jaime lives and sells real estate in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Their son Joel works in the creative culinary world at Google's Main Campus in Mountain View, California. Stan is both a business and family man. He enjoys spending time with his family in the Hayward Hills as well as retreating to his country cabin in Northern California. Stan is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys all types of sports including hunting and fishing with his yellow Labrador, Ted. His other interests include flying and vintage cars. Most of Stan’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals. Stan has developed a high standard of quality client service in real estate for over 30 years. Rich White
Rich White has been a dedicated mortgage and real estate professional for over 35 years, serving the San Francisco Bay Area. The combination of local real estate practice and national mortgage experience make him a welcome addition to the JBS Real Estate staff. He provides full in-house mortgage services as well as complete real estate marketing and sales. Rich can assist individuals with selecting appropriate mortgage financing to fit their personal needs as well as guidance through the complex maze of buying and selling real estate.
Rich’s affiliations include over 20 years with the Southern Alameda County Board of Realtors where he served on the multiple listing committee. He has also been affiliated with the Contra Costa Board of Realtors for over 10 years and a member of CAMB (California Association of Mortgage Brokers).
Rich has been a resident of Contra Costa County for 26 years and is currently living in Lafayette . His son, Kevin, who is a title officer, resides with his family in the Roseville area. Rich’s daughter, Kelly, also lives in Contra Costa County, and other daughter, Jennine, is a college student in San Luis Obispo.
Rich enjoys the outdoor life and has camping facilities at Kennedy Meadows, where he spends free time with family and friends. He enjoys horseback riding, fishing, scuba diving, and is also an avid golfer.

Candyse Jensen Candyse is a real people person and is wonderful at assisting Stan when needed. Well-known in the local community, she handles with care our buyers who may have design questions and guides our sellers during the listing process with great staging tips and staging design work that often includes complete remodeling/updating of homes. In her spare time one can usually find Candyse shopping or entertaining at home! Her keen eye for detail is evident in her staging designs and she keeps up with the trends by keeping the local shops in business! Her pride and joy are her children, Jaime & Joel, and family. Candyse and Stan are very close to their family and enjoy big holiday feasts at their home usually with 50+ of their closest family members!
Joel Jensen Growing up in a real estate family, Joel was first introduced to the family business at a young age when his parents asked him to help hand out pumpkins, Christmas Trees, flyers, etc., to the neighborhoods in the Hayward Hills. He also helped with the many Easter egg hunts organized at the park for Hayward Hills residents. Joel continues to help out with the family businesses. He graduated in 2002 from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco after returning from his extern ship in Toscana, Italia. He then passed his real estate license exam and has been working in both fields for the last several years. Joel is a hard worker, dependable, and an excellent communicator.
